Property was in a good condition overall. Location is good but at night not very safe. They don't have on-site luggage storage so was an issue for people arriving early. Communication was pretty bad no one contacted us with the check in info. We reached out on our own. Aircon was not working properly and it was quite hot inside.

Great value in Nuremberg

The studio apartment is very nice, very convenient. Great value. One must be aware that the check-in process is online, that one will get an email through which to check-in and get a room code. The process is simple and easy, the description how to get in is precise and very easy, just keep in mind that one must have wifi to check-in and that it may take some time for their response. I received the email around 9:30 am of the arrival day and I had my code quickly.

Not so good experience in Nuremberg

We booked this place because of the proximity to the train station and because it was advertised as having an AC. In fact, it only had a dehumidifier which was completely useless and only produced a lot of noise. We had to open windows and there was even more terrible noise coming from the street throughout the night. The main bed was not very comfy but the sofa bed was even worse, bumpy and making squeaky sounds. We did not sleep two nights. This place would be OK if it had the AC. The area on this side of the Hauptbahnhof is a bit sketchy, but we luckily did not have any problem. We shall not book it again.

The first time I tried to stay here the door code they provided did not work. Customer service is horrendous, you have to message them on WhatsApp and getting a reply takes an hour. I got a second code and it still didn’t work. They didn’t reply after this so I had to call Expedia who then booked me at another hotel. I accidentally booked this place again on my next trip and the code worked. I woke up at 1 am for an early train but couldn’t leave the hotel because all of the exits leaving the courtyard were gated off. There were buttons which I assume were there to open the gates but they did nothing. After twenty minutes of trying to get a hold of customer service on WhatsApp, I found a small red string hanging by a wall which I pulled and the gate opened. Nearly missed my train. This place is horribly run. An absolute horror show of an operation.

I liked the location of this place however the cleanliness was just decent. The bed sheets had someone else’s hair stuck to it, and because there is no staff working at this place the sheets couldn’t be changed until the next day.

It took a half hour to get the check-in code. Every day but the last there were people waiting around by the entrance that couldn't get the access code to work. Every day but the last! The room was okay. But the ventilation controls were not intuitive. The first night one fan would run for a minute, then stop, and then 5 seconds later another system would start up. This would repeat every 2 minutes throughout the night. The next day I tried to turn off everything and just open a window. Eventually it worked. If I would return I might stay at this place because I know how to make things work, but it someone asked me where to stay, I would not suggest this property.

Good location which is right outside the train station, but not recommend to solo-female travellers cuz there groups of gangs outside that part of the station. A bit poor air ventilation but I don't think it is the property's problem, there was strong cigarette smell during some nights.

Right next to the main station. Make sure to request the room far away from the main door. When it’s closed it shook the whole building. I stayed right above. It’s difficult to sleep

A suite? No.

When you rent an apartment called "a suite" you expect something extra. Well, here no! This is an quite ordinary appartement with basic kitchen equipment (no micro wave). The "terrace" is more like a balcony. 1.floor apartment with little or no sun on a backyard balcony. Stains an spots on almost all walls. Very quiet though. Close to tram stop and short walking distance from Hbf. We recommend the restaurant on the corner close by. No personell on site, all communication on mail/whatsapp is a bit cumbersome.
