It is a large residence, large spaces, gardens and swimming pool, it has jacuzzi, TV room, easy access to the beach and main avenues. Located within a residential condominium, very quiet and safe, it is ideal for large groups or families.

The entire property has balconies that give you a beautiful view of the garden, wooded area, very quiet and cheerful, fully equipped with air conditioners, fans,televisions and work spaces.

The rooms are very spacious, with a lot of height, large closets, the master bedroom has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi, it also has a room on the first floor with easy access with wheelchairs.
