No water in shower.

No running water in the room. Breakfast prepared only after complaint. Breakfast is 1 star hotel style. Nothing but official buildings nearby. The bed is good and air condition. Room is big. But no running water, not in shower at all and toilet works sometimes. The staff is incompetent.
