This 27 m² studio on the ground floor comprises a sleeping area with bunk beds, (NB: Children under 6 are not allowed to sleep in the top bunk of a bunk bed), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen area opening onto the living room with a large bay window overlooking the lawn, a shower room and a separate toilet.

This flat is ideally located for your skiing holidays, at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from the ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket office and 100 metres from the centre and shops.
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available for tenants. The swimming pool will be open from 1 July to 31 August, from 10:30 [hidden] to 6:15 [hidden]
