Cross-country skiing on the spot. Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe/Espace Diamant ski at 100 m, the seizures 10 km La Giettaz/Portes du Mont-Blanc 17 km. Waterbody 8km. The pool is 16km. Farm country of 1898 renovated at the foot of the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant (downhill + background). Residential hamlet very calm. Charming natural environment preserved at the edge of meadows. Good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Nice landscaped common (1400 m²). Beautiful views of mountain. Beautiful traditional farmhouse from 1898 renovated at the foot of the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant area & its 190km of slopes (100m lift + cross-country skiing on site). Shuttle in any season at 300m. Les Saisies Olympic resort and its world-renowned "Nordic" area 10km away (cross-country skiing). Charming unspoilt natural setting: mountainous prairie circus facing the slopes. Ideally located to radiate winter and summer (hiking, cycling, alpine and Nordic skiing) on different massifs & territories (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Aravis, Mont-Blanc...). Close to the famous resorts of Megève, La Clusaz and Chamonix! Ideal for a "snow & ski" or "nature & healing" stay, as a couple or as a family!
