Ski N - D de Bellecombe binding Espace Diamant at 400 m. Beautiful country of 1862 renovated farmhouse. Exposed southern slope. Residential Hamlet opposite tracks. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Lots of charm. Very cosy. Balcony + large terrace 44 m2. Wide steep natural terrain. Splendid panoramic view over the massif. Country farm located 400m from the downhill and cross-country ski slopes, between Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Les Saisies, the famous Olympic Nordic ski area (120km of cross-country trails). A prime location in the heart of the Beaufortain/Val d'Arly massif for hiking and cycling. Numerous legendary Alpine passes! Various entertainment, activities, and leisure activities are available in all the villages, including the aquasports center in Les Saisies. This area is classified as a "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire" (Land of Art and History). Close to the renowned Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. An ideal destination in the Pays du Mont-Blanc!
