Ugly construction!

This place appeared to be slapped up as part of the larger ongoing construction going on in this area. There was NO outside sitting area except the front balcony which was constantly covered in dust because it was built right up close to the dirt road. It was cheaply built and intended to capitalize on the proximity to the beach. There was nowhere to hang towels or wet bathing suits. You cannot close the shades without help because they are too high. With the shades in the front up, people accross the street can see in. Ugly, Ugly, Ugly place!
