For the money, ESH is a great deal. Very upscale, quiet, and the entire staff will accommodate every need or request at all times. It’s not on the coast, but rather up the hill about 5 minutes from town and the beach. Town is a happening place whereas ESH is simply peaceful. Best of both worlds.

Room was really beautifully designed. When you walked in it had the most amazing smell. The bed was huge, with super soft and crisp white sheets, ac was quiet. We had the best sleep of our lives here! Staff was super welcoming. The grounds were lush green and the overall vibe here was relaxing, which is what we were looking for.

Breakfasts were on the smaller side, but after a few days I realized the portions were actually ok. I wished I knew I could order 2 items from the menu from the start
If I would improve anything, it would be the size of the bread - it was cut beautifully into smaller rectangles leaving me wanting the rest of it. Every morning, I would be like… where is tge rest of this delicious bread slice? !

Esh was a really lovely place to spend my time in Nosara. The staff were beyond friendly and courteous, making me feel super welcome and taken care of. This hotel was wonderful. Nestled in the jungle, the minimalist architecture and stylings encouraged contemplation. The services were top notch, the support outstanding, the beds comfortable and the facilities high quality. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and filling - it was included but was easily worth $25 per person minimum. The yoga classes were very good, the sauna and cold plunge available all day, and the staff super friendly. Thanks for an amazing stay, we hope to be back!

We stayed here for one night in Nosara and I wish it would have been more ! The hotel is newly open and simply beautiful. The atmosphere and vibe created by the beautiful decoration, great music, the nature around it, and the very kind and helpful staff and owners is magical. Oh and the food - so good! My stay here was beyond perfect. The team was super friendly and attended all my needs. It is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at. The mexican food was incredible especially the barbacoa tacos. The design in the rooms was very aligned with the concept and they gave me a very personalized experience calling me by my first name during my stay. I couln't recommend this place enough and I will be back soon!
