Clean room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
This was an adequate accommodation. Room cleanliness left some to be desired and they really need to put another blanket on the bed.
Seems to be some strange people that go through there.
Paid for nonsmoking room. Room had heavy odor of smoke - especially bathroom.
private, quiet and available, it met my needs for a long stay for a very private person.
The hotel worked pretty dated. We got there late do to traffic go figure. The room was clean and had everything you would need. I would t stay there again. I would definitely spend more money for a nicer place. Great for a last minute budget friendly cost.
For starters, the hotel is out of the city next to nothing. First off, I requested a nonsmoking room, as I'm a non-smoker and cigarette smoke really irritates me and gives me headaches, and my room reeked of smoke so strong even turning the air on didn't drown it out. I know my whole suitcase of clothes, including a suit that'll need dry cleaning, are going to be gross and need washing when I get home. Second, when I went to go to bed and moved the pillow, I found multiple spiders under it. Needless to say, I'm terrified to go to bed. Let's hope I make it to morning check out.
Large clean rooms, nice quiet stay. The free wifi and breakfast was also convenient.
The accommodations at this hotel were great. When I arrived, the key to my room was waiting. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is near numerous stores and restaurants. Furthermore, because we were near 395, I was able to get to DC very quickly. For the price, you can't beat it.... Especially if you are familiar with DC rates. When I book through this site, I always read these things, so I hope this helps someone.
OK accommodations. Location was less than ideal. Nobody on duty when I left the next morning.
THe place was very clean, but outdated and run down. The staff was friendly. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner - so I was glad I had my own. I was glad there was a 7 Eleven around the corner so I could get coffee before heading to my appointment. As someone who travels for business - I found it expensive and was disappointed and not worth the money. I will not book any ESA's again.
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond all my expectations. they went out of their way to help me, from giving me a metro card and helping me with the bus to allowing me to fax 50 sheets to a texas locaton. they were very friendly, polite and personable. I would stay again just for the guest service itself.
We were only there from about 9pm-9am. Very short stay, just needed a place to rest.
