Property is lovely - so nicely renovated. Staff were friendly. Bar food and drinks were great too. Room needs to have a bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bit odd having to go down the hall and use shared facilities for this. We also didnt seem to have control of our aircon. First night it wouldnt work. Someone popped in to have a look, got it going… then 9pm it shut itself off again…

Without being too rude about Northam this hotel is a surprise in that it is a modern cosmopolitan hotel with high quality features. It is very comfortable, the dinner and drinks service was great, the room was large and very comfortable. It's a metro hotel in the country. Good on ya

Needs a few improvements

It was ok. Very expensive for the location. Check-in was a bit strange through the dome Cafe, service in the restaurant wasn't great. No coffee or tea facility in the room and both times that I tried to get a cup in the communal kitchen it had run out. A bit steep to charge $50 for a rollaway bed Also no centralised air conditioning so I couldn't turn the heating off in my room which made it unbearable to sleep in the evening
