Perfect for 2 couples

The property was beautiful. We loved the location. We were looking for a place to relax and this property was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Best House on the Island

Scott was amazing. The house had everything you need and Scott was easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this house. Lots of free water toys and great location.

Outstanding Property

This is a beautiful property that is furnished to the highest quality. So much space with many different places to sit. A lovely quiet development that was just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided. Highly recommended

Rum point gem

My experience at this condo in Rum Point was beyond my expectations. It provided the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an unforgettable weekend retreat. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise and create more cherished memories.

Great stay- Better Sunsets

The property was just what we needed, away from the hustle and bustle, secluded get away! Took advantage of the kayaks, paddle board, pool and bikes. Loved the lanai, with steps to pool and beach. Could use some modern updates, which we heard was coming soon

Amazing hiuse

This house is beautiful. Located in Rum Point, it was the perfect location for my family and I. Much quieter than other areas. Rum Point Club across the street had good food and drinks and a nice beach and pier. There was some good snorkeling over there too. Red Sail rentals leaves from there so very convenient for excursions. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Bio bay is directly behind and the provided kayaks were perfect for seeing the bioluminescence at night time. 100% would stay here again!

Perfect Stay

The Island House had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house was super clean and were just steps from one of the best beaches in Grand Cayman - Rum Point. Snorkeling was great and the sunsets from the Rum Point pier were amazing. The kayaks made exploring the bioluminescent lagoon so easy and saved us guided tour fees. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. It's perfect for couples and families. Scott and his team were excellent hosts. They responded quickly to questions prior to booking and reached out during out stay to make sure everything was perfect. We look forward to returning again!!!

Great location and updated townhouse

We have been to Grand Cayman multiple times but have never stayed on the North Side before. We had a great time although our stay was only 3 nights before we moved to a different part of the island for the remainder of our trip. We all really liked the updated townhouse and the location was very convenient to Rum Point and all they have to offer with a beach, restaurant, outdoor bar, gift shop and excursion activities. We also enjoyed taking the kayaks out onto bio bay after dark to experience the bioluminescence. What a treat this special phenomenon is to be right out your back door. The pool was also convenient and never crowded. We would happily stay here again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. Loved the huge screen room. The view from the condo is beautiful. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks and paddle board in the calm lagoon. The pool was just steps away from the condo with a view of the lagoon. Rum Point is directly across the street from the condo. It is currently under renovation but the bar is open and they have a delicious bbq available during the day. It is still accessible for swimming and snorkeling. The condo is close to Kaibo and Starfish Point as well. Would stay at this condo again..

Fabulous property for an amazing week visiting Grand Cayman Island. It is definitely worth the drive to the north side of the island if you want to see the island and get away from the density of the west side. The property is clean with modern updates, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. The bioluminescent bay is directly out the back door and we spent hours after sunset sitting on the dock. There are bikes for an easy ride down to starfish point. Rum Point Beach Club is right across the street to put your feet in the sand during the day and return for dinner in the evening. Can't forget Kaibo Beach for dinner. We did rent a car so that we could explore other parts of the island and get groceries. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location, perfect townhome

Wish we could've stayed longer! Only stayed a few nights at this RumPoint Home. Its in an amazing location right on Bioluminescent Bay and you have Kayaks to enjoy a nighttime paddle (or day). We spent our days across the street (1min walk) at Rum Point Beach relaxing or snorkeling off the reef on the point. Also recommend riding the included beach cruisers down to Starfish Point, which has great beaches too. Kaibo restaurant is a quick ride as well. Not mentioned in the listing is the very nice pool just off the back patio sand. Unit was very clean and nicely appointed, WIFI was strong and our daughter was able to do her college courses there, while we had cocktails on the beach watching sunset😍. The screened enclosed patio/deck was AMAZING, great for morning coffees and lunch! Our ONLY issue was the bicycles all need a real tune, a new bicycle pump is mandatory too. Arrange any diving/snorkel/stingray trips thru OceanFrontiers.... cant say enough about them.

Very nice house by incredible bioluminescence bay

It was real pleasure staying there. The good.... The house is sharp, modern, very clean and very comfortable. It comes with a few canoes that we used every day, and bicycles that we did not get to use as electrical scooters you find everywhere around were more fun (we did use the provided helmets). The surrounding area is well developed, very clean and at least during our visit, was very quiet. At times it felt like living in a garden. There is a very good restaurant next door, and nice beach across the road. The ok... The beach is very shallow and grassy, you would need to go far in the ocean for swimming, but kids loved it. There is only one more restaurant relatively close and you need to drive quite a bit for anything else. The nearest grocery is few miles away. The tap water does not taste great, buy the bottled one. The incredible... The bioluminescence was something out of this world quite literally. Everybody was supper impressed. One of my kids, a budding biologist, was dragging me out for canoeing every night, even though it was raining cats and dogs half of the time during the evening.

Perfect week away

This property was under new owners but as wonderful as we remembered it from two years earlier. Rum point is still getting back up to speed (as of Feb 2022) so it was even quieter than normal. But it is still the most perfect place to get away.
