With large outdoor TV Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by lush greenery providing plenty of privacy. 3 bedrooms include king, queen and double/twin bunk beds as well as 2 queen sofa beds. 4 bathrooms offer a mix of showers & bathtub ensuring everyone's comfort. Extend your living & dining experience on your private enclosed patio. Lanai Pool bath and Ceiling Fans add to your outdoor comfort. Books & Board Games are provided for both children & adults. Short drive to many restaurants & shopping centers, sporting complexes and Beaches! For your added enjoyment, pool inflatables, beach chairs/umbrellas and pool towels are provided. Smart TVs for your entertainment are located in the living rm, den and Master Suite. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & baking needs and the dishwasher provides quick clean up. Laundry Room is conveniently located off the main living space with access to 2 car garage. For your safely, alarms on pool entrance is set off when door is open - stop button out of children's reach. We truly hope you and your family/friends enjoy our home.
