House needs a little TLC, but was well stocked with most anything you might need. Pool was great, but probably didn't need to be heated for the time of year we stayed. Location was convenient for access to Sarasota, Venice, Punta Gordo, & Ft. Myers. Contact & caretakers were very helpful. It was an excellent stay.

this was not a pleasant one and we would never rent this home again. Pool isn’t full, dirty - drains aren’t even working properly - pool guy had to come to fill the pool and maintain it - had to fill water on Thursday as well Light switches don’t work, have to pull strings on light Many drawers full of items, had to move things to use itemsNot pleasant smell when entering home - stale, closed up No extra paper towels or toilet paper Main bathroom shower does not work or drain - tub backs up, we tried to clean the drain - master bathroom shower door doesn’t close properly and leaks everywhere Glass table top isn’t secured in kitchen, dangerous for children Dirty dishes, had to wash prior to use

Easy keyless entry, great communication and probably the most well-equipped vrbo we’ve stayed at. Pool was great, beds comfy, clean and comfortable stay. Great location to Venice Beach and only 40 minutes to Siesta Key.

Great little getaway!

We were in town for a weekend vacation and a family wedding! The house was perfect for the trip, plenty of seating, the pool was great, and the fenced in yard with viewing dock behind the house was a nice bonus. We did have a toddler with us, and the easily unlockable doors to the pool were a little concerning. Our only other issue was that our email for check in gave the wrong access code to the house. So at 11:45 on our first night when we arrived, we had to call for assistance. Mistakes happen, and other than that there were no issues! Would stay here again!

nice house for a few days

This house has everything you could ever need in a kitchen. The pool was nice, but we paid extra for the heat and it was too hot. The bedrooms were fine and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the washer and dryer too.
