Our beautiful spacious oceanfront condo is situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. We're located just south of Nanaimo, right next to Yellow Point Lodge. Our fully equipped condo offers fantastic views of the Stuart Channel and 1475 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen sized bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 balconies, and on-site laundry facilities. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and en-suite are on the second floor. This end unit located close to the pool is one of largest in the complex with three private decks.
Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away.
Amenities at the resort include a large ocean-side heated pool (open on or around May 15th to Sept 30th) and a Hot Tub heated and open year round. Our private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. There's a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.
Time can be spent beach combing, checking out the tidal pools and starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub.
This is our family vacation spot that we’ve been coming to for years. The location is unique on Vancouver Island. It is a private oceanside resort set in the charming countryside rather than a busy tourist town. We are located at Inn of the Sea, 3600 Yellow Point Road, Nanaimo BC. Within a 5-10 minute drive: two pubs, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, the town of Cedar, farmer's market (Sunday 10-2), neighbourhood roadside stands with fresh country eggs and produce. Within a 25-35 minute drive: two craft breweries, a half dozen wineries, hiking, climbing, fishing, crabbing, a large shopping mall, major outlet stores (Costco, Home Depot, Cabelas, etc.)
Within a 45-60 minute drive: Rathtrevor Beach, Parksville, Coombs, water tubing down Lake Cowichan River, the cute town of Chemainus, multiple gulf islands via ferry.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful beach getaway!
We had an excellent stay at Westy! The condo was clean, well-appointed, with stunning ocean views and the perfect adventure playground right outside the door! We spent hours exploring the beaches, swimming in the beautiful pool and enjoying the local wildlife including some close Bald Eagle sightings! We can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was, and how responsive Denise was whenever we had a question!

Our stay was incredible! The hosts were fantastic with great communication. The place was super clean and well stocked with anything one would need. We loved the gorgeous view!! We enjoyed near by hikes, swimming in the pool and the Cedar Market is a must! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, can’t wait to return!
This property was clean, spacious and stocked with all one needs, from bedding, to kitchen needs and games. I had 4 young adult/ teens with me and we never felt crowded. The views were breath taking and location wonderful. We were able to visit Tofino and Victoria in day trips! I highly recommend this listing, easy to book and great communication if any questions/problems arise.

Great location
The condo was in a great location within a great complex. Far enough from the busy highway, but not too far in case you wish to travel the island. The views from this particular unit are fantastic, and it is located close to the parking area as well. Nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool was perfect and it was nice having activities such as tennis and badminton on site. It was nice to have three barbecue areas accessible. Will definitely look at renting this site again in the future!
