It was a mixed experience. The good: The unit itself was nice. It was right on the ocean and it was very clean and nicely appointed inside. It was smaller than the photos suggested, but that was not a problem for two people. The bad: The main bed was extremely soft, so it would not be great for anyone with a bad back. The area inside the condo complex but outside of the unit itself was a bit run-down and needed a refurbish. The worst, however, was that after we left the unit, which we cleaned and in which we left a tip beyond the included cleaning fee, the management company--Carolina Palm Vacations--sent us a note asking us where the "sofa sheets" were, and threatened an additional charge if they were not found. We did not know what they were talking about, did not remove anything from the unit, and were insulted by their tone. I am a university professor and my wife is a retired psychotherapist. We do not need or want to steal sheets. This is an existential problem, and therefore we will not be doing business again with Carolina Palm Vacations, though we plan on returning to Cherry Grove Beach, which was very nice.
