Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). Mattress was not comfortable at all for me. We stayed four nights, and i left exhausted from lack of sleep. Wife slept better than i did, but not great. Other than that, we relaxed and had a good time. AC, wifi, and both smart tvs worked great. No contact check-in, and decent covered parking. Parking passes are in room. They have security that checks regularly. The pool on the property was also clean, maintained, and a good time. Overall, a decent place to stay. I felt it was overpriced, but i believe the location is what you're paying for.
