Upon arrival the entry door was ajar, allowing anyone to walk in. It must be pulled closed with considerable effort. The layout and the spacing of rooms is amazing. The deck space was the most well-equipped i have seen anywhere. Upon inspection there were many issues. The carpeting was terribly stained. The kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned thoroughly....spaghetti sauce stains were observed in several locations. In the second king room, the bedding was filthy with much sand in the sheets. Further, there was no air circulation in that room from the AC. It was very hot at night. And the bathroom fan did not work there. Much of the furniture was damaged by previous guests - including the loveseat which had the backing material hanging loose, the top having been torn from its position. Even the ceiling over counter was damaged. There was an electrical issue as well. One night, half of the wall plug in didn't work in main king room. The management was responsive as issues were reported. A cleaning crew was sent to change soiled bedding and re-clean the kitchen. Technicians tried twice to address the lack of AC circulation in the 2nd king room, but failed. In the end, a box fan was left to try to cool the room at night. At first, manager suggested to keep the door open at night - - - NO PRIVACY IN A KING ROOM. In the end, the experience was certainly not worth the amount paid for the rental. Management would not discuss a partial refund.
