I wasnt given orvtold i needed a code to get into the parking lot or my room prior to getting there.. there were no curtains on the windows so it was never dark enough to sleep. There was also huge crack around the door. It got cool in there at night time. If your not a deep sleeper forget it. The vents go on and make noise and blows out cold air over your bed. The bathroom sink took at least a day to empty. Just washing your face and brushing your teeth.. i was always getting a strange spell in the room as well.. it wasnt exactly quiet either. And its off season. I would hate to be there in the summer. It was just a place to sleep but not as cozy as i was hoping for. I gave it a 3 because it had a fridge and dishes. I like ti sleeo cozy as well but the vent kept blowing the air our the bed that it mafe me cold and kept waking me up

The unit met our needs, as we were just looking for a place to stay 1 night. Future guests should make sure to get Parking Lot code prior to arrival. Room was OK. We could not find any coffee mugs. Chairs in the room were kind of uncomfortable. Overall, I would say the Room was OK, not Great

Love the location. Disappointed in 10 a.m. check out time. I only had one night, check in at 4pm. So 200 for total hours. 5 hours of daylight to enjoy the pool. Next time will get a Hotel Room

Shower Curtains were dirty, bed was damp, room felt like a dungeon, photos showed a balcony overlooking a pool, we got a window aiming at the trash chute. It was quiet and okay for the price, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, 7/26 aftee returning from the pool, around 1:00p the water was off as the people next door were drilling. It appeared to be coming from the adjoining bathroom. I contacted the property maintenence crew and they assured me they would contact the owner. I contacted the owner via email as well. I left, came back several hours later and the water was back on. Later that night around 8:00p the loud drilling started again.

This was a beautiful property with a nice massive pool. It was easy to get into the villa and the guest service manager was responsive and helpful. They provided enough amenities like toilet paper and kitchen supplies to last our stay. I did bring an extra roll of toilet paper based on the reviews, but I didn’t need it. I also brought extra beach towels which we did use And I brought my own coffee K cups and creamer. I do recommend that you get a rental car if you’re going to be staying in the location, however. While barefoot Landing is only 1 mile away and downtown North Myrtle Beach is 5 miles away, you cannot walk to barefoot Landing. The bridge to get there does not have a pedestrian walkway so we had to take an Uber for everything. That definitely added up and it would’ve been cheaper for us to get a rental car. Outside of that, the place was beautiful, and we would use it again.

The information was very clear when we booked this particular unit that it was a room (studio unit) so there would be no living room or dining areas. Therefore we were prepared for those arrangements and found the room to be very adequate and clean. We especially appreciated the small table for some snack items, the Kuerig, small refrig, as well as two chairs and several comfy pillows. We enjoyed our stay!

I will not recommend this place I stay here for five nights they left only 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper for the five days I call them and I emailed them for them to clean the room and left them several voicemail and no respond I will definitely will not coming back horrible place

Difficult checking in process, room was one door shared with another condo so I heard all of their conversations for three days. Not good. Would not recommend at all. Fan went on and off by itself as if another room had same remote. All I can say is comfy bed.

Cute studio, perfect size for 1 person. My only problem was the front door- the door is not sealed all the way around, so I heard all noise from the outside (especially considering the small room). People, parking lot, animals, and the trash chute is right across from the door. I was woken up multiple times the first night; went out and bought ear plugs for the second night.

Not what they will have you think

The property owners made it sound and look like we would be renting a 1 bedroom Yacht club condo, over looking the marina. But what we got was, 1 Bedroom that has been separated from the condo, with 1 window and NO window treatments with a view of the garbage schute door and 2 150 watt lights shining in the untreated window. Wake up in the middle of the night and you think its 6:00am. we Should have spent half the money and had a full size condo over looking the Ocean and beach, not to mention that a light fell out of the ceiling, shattered glass shards all over the floor. When we returned to take showers before going out to dinner, we could not get ANYONE to at least get us a dust pan & broom so we didn't slice up our feet. NOT GOOD !!!!!!

Enjoyable Stay

Aerbear enjoyable two bedroom condo. Worked out well. I had a friend who needed the room for one night. Good size room good TVs. Great shower pressure washer dryer worked well the icemaker was awesome.
