Great Place for a Family to Stay

This was the perfect location for a family to stay. The view is gorgeous and the walk to the beach was so easy. Being on the first floor was wonderful, no waiting for the elevator. The property manager was so helpful from the moment we booked the stay. All directions were clear and communication was awesome. The parking can be tricky but not enough to make us not want to stay again.

Family vacation

The only issue was the lazy river had a lot of bugs on top of the water like it hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise everything else was great! Condo was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

Took my family on a beach trip to the east coast for my 90 year old grandfather. He wanted to see the ocean one more time in his lifetime. This trip was very special. Don’t recommend being on the first floor. I chose the first floor for my 88 year old grandmother that is scared of heights. Overall, the room was pretty clean, and location was great. Check-in and check out were a little more taskful than I was used to just being that I had to go somewhere other than the condo to pick up a binder with pool passes and parking hangers. Then, had to go back on another day to finish registration due to us checking in on a Saturday after hours. Lastly, having to keep up with 10 rubber wristbands to turn back in was challenging for some reason with kids. Like I said, it wasn’t terrible I just wasn’t used to having to do a true check in and check out in a while. I highly recommend this unit! Lots of space and plenty of room with great ocean views.

Girls trip getaway

Great condo with plenty of room for our whole group. The location was amazing with a restaurant next door and a place across the road to get corn dogs, ice cream and other great snacks. We didn’t have to get in our cars for anything! Dining room seated everyone and with 6 beds there was enough room for everyone. Highly recommend!

We came down for a golf/beach getaway. The condominium was everything it was said to be, clean, roomy, and in the perfect location for us. We had a great time and plan on staying here again next year if possible. Rose was my main POC and it was a pleasure talking and working with her. Overall it was very pleasurable experience.

Perfect!

There were 8 adults and 1 toddler staying at this condo and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. There were bars and restaurants, and stores, within walking distance as well. The beach is steps away as well as a hotub and pools. This was was one of the nicest places we have stayed thus far. I recommend!

Wonderful Christmas getaway

This rental was the perfect setup for elderly family members. The elevators moved quickly and everything is on 1 floor. The kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was very clean. The only drawback was the toilets. They are VERY low. They seemed to be made for children. However, this will not stop us from returning. We will bring raised toilet seats for older family member next time.

Great location, great size, but cleaning definitely needed

We were lucky to find this rental relatively late in the season. It is literally steps from the beach, and it was a VERY comfortable fit for 6 (two teens and four adults). Given both the size and location, the price was really reasonable. We loved that it overlooked the beach but weren't crazy that it was right near the pool and a street because both caused some undesirable noise, but we could live with it; it was just annoying. Although this is NOT the owner's fault, the fact is that the cleaning company is not thorough in between renters, which is especially disturbing in a pandemic. Kitchen cabinets were sticky, dirty utensils were in the drawers, food was stuck to tables, bathrooms still had evidence of recent use. The rental company knows this is an ongoing issue, and I'm sure if we had called they would have sent people back out, but again, with a pandemic, we really wanted to limit the people we came into contact with. We would probably stay here again but would bring even more of our own cleaning supplies next time!
