This freshly renovated property with new furniture throughout features four bedrooms including two bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom that can be two singles or another queen, and an additional kid's room with a tri-bunk and futon if needed.
The open living area upstairs is bathed in natural light, opening to a front veranda for morning coffees, while the rear entertaining deck provides water views and cool north-east breezes.
Outdoors you can enjoy outdoor dining, lounge, fire pit and a large accessible backyard to fit the boat or jet ski. The ground floor includes a rumpus room with a table tennis table, TV and plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy.

This property is located very close to and easy flat walking to water, shops, cafes and club. House had everything we needed and was very clean. Real estate was very helpful.
