The open living area upstairs is bathed in natural light, opening to a front veranda for morning coffees, while the rear entertaining deck provides water views and cool north-east breezes.
Outdoors you can enjoy outdoor dining, lounge, fire pit and a large accessible backyard to fit the boat or jet ski. The ground floor includes a rumpus room with a table tennis table, TV and plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy.
