We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner is very accessible and provides many amenities and extras. This is our second time renting here and would not hesitate to do so again.

The host was amazing!! The house was well appointed and laid out. It’s super convenient to some good restaurants and the beach (nice walks for both). Most importantly for me though was the cleanliness of the house. In my opinion, there’s Not Clean, Clean, and White Glove Clean. This place is White Glove Clean. Would stay here without hesitation in the future.

Amazing host. Had everything you can need and more. The house is beautiful, and modern. Great location to walk to the beach, and all the shops. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone. We had a great time!

Beautiful property, close to the beach

This property was exactly as promised- fully renovated, modern, comfortable and a very short walk to beach access. Every step from my first communication was quickly answered and Cindy is a pleasure. Do not hesitate to stay here- we were only 2 people with 2 small dogs, but it can accommodate a family with kids ( lots of books, toys and other amenities) or 2 couples easily. Publix is a short walk in one direction and restaurants, bars and stores in the other direction.

It was like a cottage in the countey with gorgous beach and shopping with in walking distance. Kaluz was only 1.5 miles and is now my favorite restaurant. The food was impecable and the service far exceeded our expectations. We invite the host to install a hottub to make it the perfect destination.

We had a wonderful time at Cindy’s property. The location was superb, and the property was very well equipped. The first night we took a leisurely 10 minute walk to a fun and delicious local restaurant right on the beach-Aruba. The rest of the time we enjoyed a very short walk to the beach made more enjoyable by the rolling beach cart and all the beach equipment provided. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for our convenience. Cindy was very quick to respond to any questions or requests, and the property manager even came by with ice cream popsicles for the little ones, who also enjoyed all the children’s books and toys provided. The grill provided was excellent and in great condition for our 4th of July BBQ. Everything was wonderful. We were able to watch the parade and fireworks by walking a few steps to the end of the street. We also enjoyed the nice bottle of wine and chocolates left by our host. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing I could think of to suggest is to improve the quality of the pillows. All in all, our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you Cindy for being a great host.

Great location and nice house

Perfect location walking distance to Laud by the Sea area, and a short walk to the beach. House is nicely designed, with many modern updates like a brick tv/led fireplace wall, built in refrigerator/appliances. Large living room area, and two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Overall a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Ft. Laud Beach/LBTS.

A perfect gem!

This property was 5 stars from inside to outside with a phenomenal location as well! Literally a block from the beach road. Not only was this convenient to-get to the beach but it was a perfect location for walking and or strolling. The tiny little town is a few blocks away. It is charming to look at and filled with cozy little restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner. The owner is the MOST responsive host we have ever had. The day I would make a request the item would literally arrive on the porch a couple hours later. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering vacationing in the area!

Winter getaway trip

This was perfect for our winter getaway long weekend trip to Fort Lauderdale with another couple. Everything was exactly as listed. The 80 degree sunny days in early February was just what we needed!

13 night stay

Very clean, well taken care of property. Kitchen has modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. Amazing location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Cindy was a great host. My one issue (and one of a personal preference) was the soft mattress; otherwise a great experience.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

This is the perfect beach bungalow for a couple or people with small children. It has a wonderful walkability to the beach, shops restaurants and grocery store. They are all within a 3 block area. The property is clean and well kept. The greatroom and eating area are updated and functional and the host could not be more accessible and responsive. The only drawback to this property is that there is no yard, so if you have pets or small children, please know ahead of time that you will not have the option to have them outside without supervision. The bedrooms are designed so that both occupants have privacy and all of the appliances are new and worked flawlessly. I strongly recommend this property for people who want to spend their days at the beach and nights at the local restaurants. It really couldn't be more convenient.

Super convenient!

Great renovated two bedroom about a block from the water. Everything there you could need. It’s not a huge place but we purposely didn’t want something too unmanageable- our family of 4 used all the space without issue.

Perfect for family!

The house is immaculate and well done. We had everything we needed for cooking, playing games, and going to the beach. Cindy thought of everything that we could need and we felt right at home. We loved walking to the beach which was just a block away.

In the right spot.
