Plenty of room in this home for family and friends. The little rustic garden cottage sits off the back of the house for a space away. This property is part of Harbor Coves Association with association rights to Crows Pond, a salt water pond leading out to Bassing Harbor, Ryder's Cove, Pleasant Bay, Chatham Harbor and the Atlantic. A quick drive into downtown Chatham or take day trips to the lower cape to spend the day at the beach!
