When we arrived for my wife’s birthday trip, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property. There were cigarette butts scattered all around the outside of the house, which made the place feel unclean from the start. Inside, there is a weak spot in the floor next to the toilet that feels extremely unsafe — if someone steps on it, they could easily fall through the floor.Another issue was the air conditioning. Guests do not have control over it because the host manages it remotely from his phone, which made it uncomfortable during our stay. We were also only provided with one trash bag for the entire trip.While the home is located a good distance from most attractions and stores, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel safe. Communication with the host was also very poor, as he rarely responded when we had questions or concerns. To make matters worse, there was visible mold in the bathroom.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and needs significant improvements in cleanliness, safety, and guest communication.
