I stayed here with my cat Oshii and it was a gorgeous room. The breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious. The staff were very courteous and kind. Definitely will stay here again if I'm coming through North Bay

The room appeared clean but upon further inspection, we found someone's sock and a piece from a toy under the bed. The first night we had no hot water, which was disappointing (3 people in the room and with one athlete who played hockey that evening). Our tub did not drain properly. The following day I pulled a huge length of hair and debris ( the length of my forearm) from the tub drain. The hot water issue was rectified by our second night stay. These issues left me upset and i will probably not return. No compensation was offered.
