I am extremely disappointed with the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk, the rooms are not soundproof, my room was stuck in between two other visitors who were so loud I could make out their words...my TV had to be unplugged and plugged back up before I could change the channels, two servicemen came to resolve the issue and could not. No snacks in the gift shop and no microwave!! Uuggghhh!! Pissed

The views are amazing! The only thing is I made my reservation for 4 adults and they only give me 2 towels. When ask for the 2 more they told me for policy of the company the towels are limited. I told to the manager in the morning and she gave them to me. That's my only observation, everything else was excellent.

View over the water was nice. There was an event at the hotel but the room was quiet which was nice. Convenient location.
