I went down for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend and first of all we were supposed to have a king room and ended up in a double bed room then the sink in the bathroom was clogged up the whole time also the WiFi sucks but other then that it’s was ok. Not sure if I would book here again but not sure

Advertised with daily housekeeping but not true. We were there for four nights and no one came except on the day we checked out. I had asked the front desk to have someone come by with no luck. I asked the staff twice that serviced the rooms on either side of us but I was not on their schedule. I asked when we checked out and I was told we had to request housekeeping (we did). And, only one ice machine (on the second floor) worked while we were there. We have stayed here several times in the past four years. I wonder if they had changed ownership. Very disappointed!

They charged parking $10 per day and room ready so late.

Door was broken entire stay. Unable to scan in. Had to go to front desk every time we left. Master key did not work either. Air conditioner leaked so much we were unable to sit on the balcony
The place was good. We went there for Memorial day weekend and it was good for the money, the pool still needs to be renovated as it looks like a 1 star to me (needs paint, scary place in the hotel) so we did not use it, stairwell needs to be painted. But the staff are friendly and ask if we need any supplies in our room, steps to the board walk, very convenient to go back to the pool for things we missed to bring or just wants to rest, the rooms are all oceanfront so I can technically stay in my hotel and get to experience the beach in the comfort of my hotel if I want to. I wish there is a wall separating in between Balcony for safety and privacy reasons. Otherwise, the rooms are clean with small fridge, extra sink and a microwave. A happy camper here. Thank you!
