Serenity on Stilts

You and your party will be close to everything when you stay at our simple, functional, centrally-located stilt home. Less than 3 miles to Nokomis Beach and minutes to I-75. 2bed/2 bath, 1300sq ft upstairs interior + 600 sq ft upstairs lanai with sitting area perfect for your morning coffee or an evening wind down. Great outdoor space underneath the home with a fire pit and plenty of seating for dining . Pets are welcome and can roam the fully fenced in yard. 2 covered parking spots under the house as well as additional parking in the driveway. Baby gear available on request.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a balcony and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

We had such a wonderful stay. Our mini dachshund was so entertained by the squirrels and the fenced yard was no worries for the fur baby. Beautiful yard light on the palm trees at night and those majestic bird of paradise stunning. Interior of house is comfortable and well put together. Kitchen is fully ready and equipped with anything you could need. Elaynne is so gracious and ready to help in any way we have rented many houses in the Nokomis, Venice area and this home is the only one we would rent again. And the neighbors are very quiet, the area is beautifully maintained homes. Don’t hesitate in anyway rent this home!!

Out of 500 house we have stayed this was our favorite by far. Not only was it comfortable, cozy and beautiful but the owners are they best they take super good care of the hidden gem in Nokomis and there there for all your needs, it was a please staying here. Didn't half to ask for a thing it was wonderfuly stocked. TY
