Nice house at the edge of the Bois de la Chaize in Noirmoutier en l'Ile

Located at the edge of the Bois de la Chaize (800 m from the beaches and the city center), this is a recent house of 100m2 with a garden of 450m2. Bright and bright, the living room includes an equipped kitchen with an American bar, a large dining table and a pleasant living room which opens onto the south-facing terrace. La maison est très jolie et fonctionnelle . Nous aurions apprécié trouver des lits faits à notre arrivée et heureusement , nous n’étions que 2 et j’avais pris du linge pour la literie . Les protections pour les coussins et matelas n’étaient pas lavés je pense . Hormis ces quelques détails , nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation . Merci

Nous avons séjourné, ma femme et mes deux enfants pendant une semaine dans cette maison. Excellent emplacement! Nous nous sommes déplacés exclusivement en vélo pour aller à la plage ou en ville, les environs sont parfaits et la maison, très fonctionnelle avec de bon couchage. Elle est en plus très coquette, avec très joli jardin !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison bien au calme. La maison est super bien équipée, le feu ouvert est un grand plus. L'idéal pour faire de longues balades à pied et à vélo. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

La villa de Virginie , typique de Noirmoutier, est charmante et très bien située, à l’orée du bois de la Chaise . Location de vélos à 900 m et toutes les belles plages de Noirmoutier en Isle sont accessibles en maximum 4,5 minutes . Comptez 10 minutes à pied. Le logement est idéalement situé pour rejoindre le centre. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine super équipée et , pas besoin de tout acheter immédiatement, l’essentiel est là (café, condiments,..)! L’arrivée autonome est un plus , surtout lorsque l’on vient de loin sans maîtriser l’heure d’arrivée. La communication avec Virginie est agréable, rapide et efficace. A recommander!

Jolie maison dans un quartier très calme

Cette maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très boisé proche du bord de mer avec de belles plages . La maison est agréable, bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité, excepté la télévision qui ne fonctionne pour ainsi dire pas , problème de réception apparemment . Le quartier est très calme, ombragé, à1km environ du centre ville . Tout est très bien sauf la propreté qui est totalement laissée à l'appréciation des occupants et sans aucun contrôle apparemment entre les locations, ce qui peut créer quelques surprises. Nous avons bien compris qu'il y avait un problème pour trouver du personnel de nettoyage mais il reste toujours la possibilité de le faire soi même . A ce tarif là on peut prétendre trouver une maison impeccable. Ceci mis à part nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Maison accueillante pour nos retrouvailles entre amis. Avec des hôtes très bienveillants . Merci .

Maison proche de la mer, du centre ville, du marché , dans laquelle nous nous sommes tout de suite senti chez nous pour des retrouvailles entre amis dispersés géographiquement . Tout était clair pour trouver les clés , maison chauffée et agréable. Virginie était très réactive à nos questions et notre petit changement de programme. Merci ! Très bon séjour,la situation de la maison est parfaite pour aller sans voiture au village ,sur plusieurs plages ,dans la forêt.la jardin de la maison est sympa pour les grillades et repos . La facilité pour stationner nos deux voitures nous a été appréciable.beau pays !!!

Maison spacieuse et bien placée mais sous-équipée

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables mais avec une déception concernant la cuisine vétuste et le ménage négligé. Points positifs : la plus belle partie de l'île avec de grands arbres, hauteur sous-plafond dans le séjour, chambres assez belles et spacieuses. Points négatifs: plaques de cuisson rouillées, pas de vrai lave-vaisselle, ménage non fait dans certaines parties, il faut tout amener (serviettes, draps, sacs poubelles, essuie-tout, papier toilette, etc.), lampe et chaise cassées qui trainent. A noter : La maison est située à mi chemin du centre-ville et des plages. A pied c'est un peu long (20 min) mais en vélo c'est très rapide (4 min).
