Part of a semi-detached house near Nocera Terinese (province of Catanzaro), just 600 meters from the shores of the Calabrian Sea. Large garden with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs, ideal for your lunches and dinners outdoors. The area with the small pool is surrounded by a garden and large well-kept green areas with plants and fruit trees. Situated in an excellent position between the sea, countryside and hills, this accommodation is a good starting point for walks in the surrounding forests. Nearby there are typical restaurants and festivals where you can taste typical Calabrian delicacies. At a distance of 18 km is the international airport of Lamezia Terme. Alles was man braucht

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und bei Problemen schafft der Vermieter sofort Abhilfe. Außerdem stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite bei Fragen nach Ausflugszielen, Stränden und Restaurants waren viele gute Tipps dabei, die wir sehr genossen haben. Leider ist die Saison vor Ort spätestens Mitte September vorbei, weshalb das ein oder andere Restaurant und einige Strandbäder schon Anfang September geschlossen hatten.

Oasis in nowhere

We had a very nice family vacation here. The house and especially the garden are so lovely. Supermarkets, restaurants etc. are only couple minutes away by car. We stayed here off season and had a super relaxing holiday. The owner is very nice and will help you with everything you need.

Très chouette maison. Le propriétaire nous aide beaucoup (trouver une voiture, une excursion,...) mais il est même un peu trop présent et rentre dans la maison quand il veut sachant que sa maman habite à côté.
