UNFENCED 5 acre back yard surrounded by barbed wire, separating 40 acre cow pasture. Please leash pets beyond barbed wire. Livestock & wildlife may be present on the property. Neighboring pets may also be seen on the property. Please plan accordingly if your pet requires a leash or kennel. Please do not leave pets unattended, indoors or outdoor outdoors.

-No guest access to; Guest house, interior garage/car port, pool utility space (under pool deck) structures or sheds. Doors are kept locked. Please do not approach any additional structures on the property without permission from host.

-Gravel driveway (1/8 mile long), accommodates large vehicles + maneuvering space for large hauls. Parking immediately outside rental entrance & along driveway, request field parking prior to check-in if necessary.

-Please note: A secondary GUEST HOUSE is also available for STR. Please avoid entering their carport, fenced, backyard & fenced entryway if you did not reserve the space during your stay.

House can accommodate 10 to 12 guests. Visiting guests must vacate by 11 PM to avoid additional fees. Parties/groups will require a $500 deposit & venue fee depending on number of guests (both guest and main houses must be rented for large gatherings.) Each guest must be approved by host prior to arrival. 🌪️ Tornado shelter located 20 ft south east of the main house. (Just beyond back porch, next to pool deck.) Guaranteed communication during weather emergencies or other natural disasters. Host will communicate with guest through VRBO.
BABY: Pack&Play w/upgraded infant mattress, bassinet, (baby bedding provided.) Walker, bouncer, booster seat/high chair(attaches to dining chair w/safety belts), baby bath longe, changing pad. Always available at listing, no additional charge.
KIDS: TWO additional twin mattress & bedding stored in master closet (NO bedframes)
-May be placed in desired area, within (indoors) the house, sleeping a total of 12 guests maximum
