Welcome to the Lake Haus!

A lake front home on the Cullen Lake Chain just outside of downtown Nisswa. The Cullen cabin has been curated so you can enjoy a peaceful up north getaway to the Nisswa area.

Be prepared to be taken back as you walk through the front door of this home. From the thoughtfully curated design elements, the wood burning fireplace, to the Lake front views- this home was designed with you in mind.

Enjoy a cup of coffee from our luxury Smeg drip coffee maker and then cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace.
Venture up to the loft area where you'll find a peaceful office to work from "home". Spend the day on the lake and indulge in dinner on the deck or in the screened-in 3 season porch. Have a family movie night in the basement or a play a few rounds of pool. Spend the days doing activities and then enjoy the quietness at night.

When staying at The Lake Haus you will feel emersed in nature and re-charged upon departure.

Great rental house

We had a wonderful stay at this property- it was set in a beautiful location on a lake with a dock. The water was shallow around the dock for swimming. The house was clean and beautiful. I reached out to the property management company with a question during our stay and received a prompt response. Would definitely stay here again.

Rented the Lake house with three other guys to play golf. The location is fantastic, close to both deacons Lodge and the Pines. The house itself is perfectly situated right on the little lake right outside Nisswa. Communication on the property was fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone going to the Brainerd/NisswA area.

Quick winter getaway

Great cabin for a weekend away with some buddies. Very clean, nice amenities, plenty of cooking supplies. The south facing view leads to some great sunrise and sunset opportunities. Would go back for sure!
