Beautiful, well-kept private house with 2 apartments in an excellent location very close to the flat sandy and pebble beach in the popular holiday resort of Zaton near Nin. The two apartments on the ground floor and on the upper floor each have 2 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen and a beautiful terrace with awning and sea view. The well-known Zaton Holiday Resort is nearby and also offers guests from outside the resort (for a fee) many sports, leisure and entertainment options. A water sports center with diving school, tennis courts, a small golf course and mini golf, trampolines and slides are part of the offer, along with a few restaurants and bars. You can walk to everything important in a few minutes from the holiday apartment: beach, shopping, cafés, walking and cycling paths. The historic small town of Nin is 2 km away, there are also some larger supermarkets for shopping. The center of northern Dalmatia, the port city of Zadar and the airport can be reached in a few minutes by car from Zaton. Highlights included: energy costs, bedlinen, towels, WiFi, air conditioning, parking on the property, tourist tax. Activities nearby: boat trips to the Kornati Island National Park, water sports such as diving and kite surfing, tennis courts with tennis school, cycling and much more. There is a large selection of mostly flat sand and pebble beaches in the area around Nin, where you can spend your bathing days varied. Mobility: not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Occupancy with 4 adults and 1 child up to 13 years.
