Tranquilo

La casa como tal es muy bonita y cómoda en un pueblito muy tranquilo y con acceso fácil a las playas de los alrededores aunque es necesario tener un auto para acceder desde el pueblo donde está la casa hasta cualquiera de las playas. Estuvimos siempre en contacto vía WhatsApp con Moira (dueña o administradora de la propiedad), una persona muy amable e interesada en saber cómo íbamos en la propiedad. Excelente locación para una familia que busca tranquilidad lejos del ruido y las fiestas.

Très jolie maison, proche de très belles plages, pistes 4x4...endroit authentique, terrasse super, confortable pour 4 personnes. Seul bémol comme souvent en Espagne les chiens aboient. Merci Mirko .

Un posto magico

Siamo stati benissimo in questa casa molto curata e particolare, pulita arredata con gusto è molto tranquilla. Abbiamo assaporato l’atmosfera del posto comoda anche la posizione vicina alle principali attrazioni naturalistiche di cabo de gata. Bellissima esperienza!

Casita acogedora con esencia andaluza

La casa muy bonita, con detalles cuidados. Bien equipada la cocina. Patio precioso con una higuera, donde desayunábamos tranquilos y frescos. La casa está bien aislada del calor y por la noche dormíamos frescos. Situada en un pueblo tranquilo, que tiene cerca las negras y rodalquilar. Lo recomiendo =)

Gezellig huisje

Rond kerst hebben wij voor een korte vakantie in het huisje van Mirko mogen verblijven. Het was een gezellig en sfeervol ingericht huisje en bijna van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact en inchecken met Mirko verliep prima. Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad !

Un rincón con mucho encanto

La ubicación en un rincón el alto del pueblo hace que sea muy tranquilo. La casa antigua pero reformada tiene mucho encanto. El tocadiscos y proyector todo un detalle diferente. Buen seguimiento por parte del proprietario.

El alojamiento está bien, pero es un poco incómodo si viajas dos parejas como era mi caso. Las habitaciones no tienen puerta, una cortina hace las veces y para acceder al patio, hay que pasar obligatoriamente, por una de ellas.

Fabuloso

Estos cinco días en Casa La higuera han sido geniales. La casa tiene una ubicación perfecta para desplazarte, y está en un sitio tranquilo. La casa es cómoda, su sencillez hace que admires cada rincón. Sus dos terrazas invitan a su disfrute pausado. Mirko ha estado pendiente de nuestra estancia y comodidad Volveremos sin dudarlo.

El sitio un poco alejado de la población, no me gustó mucho que la casa estuviera junto al paso de una carretera, no había bares de restauración cercanos a la vivienda, la casa está poco insonorizada se oían los ruidos con claridad de unas habitaciones a otras, Por otro lado la vivienda bonita y comoda

El espíritu de La Higuera

Recordaremos con mucho cariño nuestra estancia y en particular esa higuera centenaria del patio que es el alma de una casa con un par de siglos a sus espaldas. Bien situada, muy cerca de Las Negras, Níjar y del Mercadona/Lidl en Campo Hermoso. Cerca de preciosas playas y calas. Muy acogedora, decorada en estilo rústico con mimo e impecable limpieza. No tiene wifi aunque tampoco se echa de menos en El Cabo, tal vez sí una televisión y un pequeño ventilador alguna noche demasiado calurosa. A destacar la calidez y los detalles de los propietarios (excelente la idea de dejar mapas y alguna lectura sobre el Cabo). El terreno situado enfrente, destinado en un futuro a cenador-aunque nosotros sugeriríamos aprovecharlo como espacio de aparcamiento para no invadir la acera de paso-será sin duda el remate perfecto. Imprescindible la visita al único bar de Fernán Pérez, La Plaza, buen ambiente y excelente tapeo y cervecita. Un abrazo desde Pamplona para Moira, Mirko, Pepa y Juanjo
