Alles sauber und vorhanden, was uns 4 Erwachsenen einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglichte. KĂŒche bzw Esstisch wĂ€re aber fĂŒr 6 oder gar 8 Personen beengt. Haus liegt direkt am Radweg. Kurze Wege zu BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Badesee, Restaurant und Bahnhof, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Anmeldung bzw Registrierung ist ausschließlich mit Smartphone möglich und GĂ€stekarte wird dann darauf gepeichert. Das Parken vor der Garage, in der FahrrĂ€der oder Ski abgestellt werden können, sollte nur zum Laden erlaubt sein. Leider parken egoistische Mieter (im Haus sind 3 Fewo) den ganzen Aufenthalt dort, was den anderen den Zugang zu den FahrrĂ€dern oder zum Laden erschwert. Öffentliche kostenfreie ParkplĂ€tze sind genĂŒgend in unmittelbarer NĂ€he vorhanden.

Sehr schöner Ort, ebenfalls sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Gut ausgestattet, ruhig, mit 2 kleinen SupermĂ€rkten im Ort. BĂ€ckerei ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Perfekte Lage, da viele FreizeitaktivitĂ€ten in der NĂ€he, wie z. B. der schöne Großglockner :)Wir waren im Juni dort, tagsĂŒber waren knapp 30 Grad. Nachts weht ein herrlich frischer Wind, der auch die Wohnung abkĂŒhlt. Gerne wieder!

Ausgezeichneter, einfacher Ort zum Übernachten wĂ€hrend eines Wintersporturlaubs

Alle grundlegenden Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in der NĂ€he nĂŒtzlicher Annehmlichkeiten (BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Pizzeria). Leider war die Dachterrasse bei unserem Besuch nicht zugĂ€nglich.

We had a great stay in the apartment, 5-10 minutes outside Kaprun, the apartment was great with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and three WC,There is as well a supermarket in the village and restaurant.

Super ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Die Lage ist topp. BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Badesee alles um die Ecke. Man kann auch mit Bus und Bahn vieles erkunden. Wir hatten tolle Skitage in Zell am See und Kaprun. Nur die Terrasse war abgebaut. Da hĂ€tten wir uns im Vorfeld eine Information gewĂŒnscht. Wir konnten somit nachmittags nicht in der Sonne sitzen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und war gut ausgestattet. Auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich wohl gefĂŒhlt. In der Garage standen unsere RĂ€der sowie unser HundeanhĂ€nger sicher und trocken. Man fand direkt gegenĂŒber immer einen sehr nahen Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos, schnell und korrekt. Gutes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Schöne Tage verbracht

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die KĂŒche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Bei 6 Personen kann es ein bischen eng in der KĂŒche werden. Ein Pluspunkt sind die 3 Badezimmer und die große Terasse.
