This was a perfect spot for us. 30 minutes to Henderson Beach State Park, a little farther to The Big kahuna waterpark, and close to family. The property is clean and updated. There is a nice backyard, but we were so busy, we were not around to enjoy it.

Super cute home

Comfy, cozy, and convenient. Host was extremely gracious and accommodating, especially when our flight was delayed several hours. And like Motel 6, she "left the light on" for us!

Hidden Gem

Nice Hidden Gem. Close enough to all the tourists attractions but far enough away to make this place feel like home. Clean and still has the new home feel. Hosts communication was spot on. Would reply back and was willing to help every step of the way. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Niceville or the Niceville area.

Super nice, exceeds expectation!

This home was so nicely furnished & decorated, had everything we needed for our 4th of July reunion with family who live nearby. Cute yard. Well maintained & clean upon our arrival. Was perfect for our adult daughters, their husbands & our almost 2 and 9 year old grand children. Suzy (Host) was super responsive to questions. We will be back & highly recommend!!!

The property in Niceville was fantastic! The house was amazingly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect- it was a short drive to both Fort Walton Beach and Destin. My family loved being in a smaller, more easy going environment.
