This lovely apartment is located in the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer, on the second floor, with a beautiful sea view. There are two bedrooms and a small living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is modern and very well-planned with intelligent solutions.

The master bedroom is spacious and has a 140 cm double bed.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds 80 cm wide. These can easily be pushed together to make a double bed.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and a coffee table. A dining table can also be folded and provide space for six people. You can access the lovely balcony, which is 6 square meters, from the living room. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs. Here, the sun shines from early morning until just after lunch.

The kitchen has a microwave, stove, kettle and coffee machine for capsules and equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine here.

The shower room and the toilet are separated. They are located between the kitchen and the master bedroom.

This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Next to the house, there is a parking lot with good rotation, so you will always get a parking space. You can buy a weekly pass at the parking office or pay at the parking machine.

We loved this apartment! It is so well taken care of, clean and well appointed. We liked the location for easy 10 minute walk to restaurant, harbor, beach, bus & train stations and tourism office. It is a little smaller in the common space than the pictures show but that didn’t bother us at all. The balcony has good furniture and seating options and the view is completely accurate!! A stunning view of Villefrance bay. We visited Nice, Eze and Menton from here. The front door to the building is very secure and we felt safe in the building and area. It does have 2 flights of stairs and no elevator so it wouldn’t suit travellers who cannot bring heavy bags up to floors. I hope someone else enjoys this place as much as we did and I hope we come back!

Wonderful view

Communication was excellent. Cute and spacious apartment. Two flights of stairs from the street level. The whole village is on the side of a hill. LOTS of stairs. It is a lovely town with many restaurants and bars all walkable. (If you don’t mind stairs). We would stay there again!

A long climb

Well appointed apartment, bedding and towels excellent. on a personal note it would have been nice to have had a tea pot and tea towels.beds and settee comfortable . Early hours noise from car park and post office starting up. overall a rating of 4.7.

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment is very well equipped, a good size and a 10 minute downhill walk to the waterfront. There are 2 flights of spiral stairs to get up to the apartment so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The view from the small balcony is breathtaking! The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning is very effective. The apartment was clean and there were many amenities available such as soap, toilet roll, coffee pods, washing up liquid etc. As a single adult traveller with 2 children, I felt very safe both in the apartment and in the local area. I must mention the fantastic host/manager Audrey, she went above and beyond to help and assist with carrying our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs and accommodating a late check in etc. I would highly recommend this apartment and I am already looking at when I can book to stay again!

Home from home with a view

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possible need. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and an uphill walk back from the beach, but this was ok for us. There are shops and a bakery near by, good transport links via bus or train. We can’t wait to come back.
