Villa Castel is located at the foot of the Haut de Cagnes castle in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from the sea, the old town and the downtown. <br>Cagnes-sur-Mer is ideally located between Cannes and Monaco to allow you to visit the French Riviera.<br>The airport is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by bus.<br><br>Ideal for family holidays, this 87 m2 accommodation, at the top of the villa, benefits from independent access and a clean outdoor living space (terrace, balcony with garden furniture, pergola, deckchairs and barbecue). It was completely renovated in 2022 and has centralized air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with shower room, a bathroom and separate toilet, kitchen open to a large living room. It sleeps 8 (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 twin beds) and offers the necessary interior equipment to ensure a very pleasant stay (including a washing machine and a dishwasher).<br>Villa Castel is located in a private residence. You have two free parking spaces in front of the villa.<br><br>We provide all the linen (sheets and towels, one complete set per week), as well as a WI-FI connection. Also available on request are a travel cot, barriers for children, as well as games for 1-3 year olds (bike, slide, various games), <br><br><br>No party (as well as bachelor and bachelorette parties).<br><br>You will feel at home. Une superbe aventure

Les propriétaires étaient accueillants et empathiques avec notre groupe. L accueil fut chaleureux (le livret d accueil mis à dispo avec toutes les bonnes adresses, la bouteille de vin un grand merci…). La villa est proche de la zone de bus donc les déplacements furent faciles, les commerces sont à 5mn à pied ! La villa est très bien équipée (clim dans toute les pièces, multiples appareils électroménagers, ustensile complet, barbecue extérieur opérationnel). Le wifi et les chaînes de télé (netflix YouTube tv) fonctionnent nickel ! La communication avec les proprio étaient fluides, ils sont disponibles si besoin. Nous garderons un bon souvenir !
