Swimming pool (8mx4m, depth 0.90m to 1.60m) available for guests (shared with the owners). Parking Central heating. All charges included. Cleaning fee/request. Linen kit (sheets and towels) available upon request. Tourist tax extra. Gîte located near the village will bring you the calm and rest that the countryside offers to any vacationer looking for a change of scenery and tranquility. You will enjoy the private garden for your meals, and the swimming pool at your disposal. Ideal location between the sea and the first mountains of the French Riviera, the village of La Colle sur Loup is a beautiful tourist destination 30 minutes from Nice and less than an hour from the ski resorts of the Préalpes d'Azur. This ancient city still retains its medieval castle including a 12th century priory, transformed into a restaurant and popular with gourmets. Its lively shopping streets are highly sought after by vacationers for decoration boutiques, antiques and good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine.
