Appartement comfortable refait à neuf dans un style chaleureux composé de 2 chambres (1 chambre double queen size et 1 chambre avec 1 lit double de 140 et 1 lit simple) et ayant un canapé convertible pouvant également accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires si besoin. L'appartement est bien équipé et sa localisation est idéale : dans une petite rue en plein cœur du vieux Nice donc très proche de la mer, d'excellents restaurants mais également de points touristiques.

L'intégralité de l'appartement est dédié aux voyageurs : Appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur dans une copropriété typique du vieux Nice. L'appartement est composé de 2 chambres, un salon avec canapé convertible de 160, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 hôtes, une cuisine toute équipée et une salle de bain très fonctionnelle

Le vieux Nice est le quartier historique de Nice avec globalement un quartier piéton. Ill est composé de ruelles étroites très charmantes et dégage une réelle atmosphère de vacances. Le quartier est très dynamique par ses restaurants, ses bars, ses activités touristiques. La localisation est idéale car proche de la mer, de la place du marché principal de Nice, de la promenade des anglais, de la place Massena mais aussi à 20 min en voiture de l'aéroport et à 10 min en tram de la gare. Le quartier du vieux Nice est composé de nombreux parkings payants mais je dois préciser qu'il est préférable de ne pas disposer de voiture afin de ne pas engendrer le coût supplémentaire du parking qui est assez cher à Nice

L'appartement est à quelques pas de l'arrêt de Tram, à 3 min des arrêts de bus, à 20 min de l'aéroport et à 15 min de la gare : mieux est assez difficile à trouver !!

L'appartement se trouve au 3ème étage d'un vieil immeuble typique du vieux Nice. Les escaliers sont un peu difficiles (51 marches). L'appartement est idéal pour une famille ou des amis de part sa configuration. Je ne conseille pas les enfants en bas âge du fait de l'accès par les escaliers et idem pour les personnes âgées ou avec des problèmes de mobilité.
