Appartement fonctionnel mais bruyant

Il serait raisonnable d'investir dans du double vitrage dans les deux pièces restantes car on entend énormément l'extérieur (camions poubelle, motos, voix, etc.) Pour autant cela fait 3 fois que nous louons car le quartier est très bien.
