Be aware of hidden fees(wifi, parking, tourist fees, taxes,...). Unpleasant surprise at check-out when the bill is 100$ extra than whats on booking.com. I booked super 8 in kingston and the price included ALL the fees & taxes. Super 8 Niagara Falls PLEASE include all unweavable extra charges on the booking page price not on the confirmation e-mail.

When we arrived, we had to change rooms right away because our room smelled like smoke and one of the beds was broken. They were able to give us new rooms. In our new rooms, there was no soap and shampoo and no towels and another bed was broken. We just dealt with it. We had to call for supplies. They gave us expired coupons. The pool was cloudy and green. And the front desk people weren't that nice.

the only thing the room was missing was a microwave; close to Clifton Hill/Falls/Casinos; exceptionally clean room; super check in

The hotel location and cost were well in our vacation budget. Super 8 was very polite and efficient at receiving our reservation request. answered all our enquiries.very satisfied. thanks for the expierence.

Stay here couple times a year and it's not bad for price. Biggest thing I dislike about this hotel is $13.00 a day to park plus like $3.95 hotel fee. I think for a hotel that has nothing to offer for a breakfast should not have a parking fee. If you need 16.00 more for your room just up the price don't surprise you customers with the extra fees. Has one mishap on this visit..our room had bad odor that would give you a headache and we asked for new room and the one front desk girl said they had no more rooms available that she would have then spray the room with more chemicals to try and cover it....then the other girl working the desk with her said just give them a different room we have plenty.....was kind of funny even know I can't stand a liar. Other then this not a bad place close to a lot of the fun stuff in Niagara Falls also 15 min walk to the falls

The people that checked me in were very nice and they answered all my questions about where to visit Niagara Falls by taking the public transportation bus. My room Room was a bit dated but was clean. About a 15 minute walk to the falls downtown area, in a good safe location.

Their was like a hole in my bed, the water took for every to get hot when taking a shower. The hot tub didn't work.

I was impressed with the size of the room and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Room kinda smelled like someone smoked in it but that's to be expected these days from others. Otherwise well tidied up and comfy. Hotel is away from the crazy hustle and bustle but still on the route of the city busses that come rolling through. Pool is kinda dingy but your here for the Falls!!!

Good location, good size rooms, bed was comfy, rates are decent. Spa, pool area needs updating and cleaning. Carpet in guest rooms need to be replaced. Staff was friendly

please make sure for next guest that all bed sheets fit the bed and that the bed is not broken.
