Good seletion for kids. Lots things to do. Food price reasonable. Beds too soft.

This was the one time on a vacation, where after I parked the car I didn't see it again for 3 days. So many options for the kids to play and relax. Great time was had by all!

Stayed in a huge suite with 3 kids, and 4 adults. Still felt roomy. Waterpark is phenomenal, great games rooms, and night time stories were adored by the kids. 2nd time there, and we'll surely go back again.

I have three little ones 5, 4, and 2. Great Wolf Lodge was a great place to bring them for a night. We checked in at 1pm and our room was ready even though they say 4pm. Ate at the buffet for lunch, a little pricey but chef Paul was great and the food was delicious. The waterpark had more for my little kids to do than the Fallsview Waterpark did and the rest of the lodge was filled with activities too. We went to story time and did the scavenger hunt and played in the arcade. Plenty of things to do to keep my kids busy and happy. We will definitely be going again, probably with another family just to make it that much more fun! And to boot there were no lines at customs going to or from! My husband was ecstatic:)

Everything here was fantastic. From the food to facilities. Staff was great too. We will be back!!

Great Wolf Lodge is all about the children. They have so many activities, they won't have a chance to be bored. I found it to be a little pricey, but worth it.

We couldn't ask for a better value, or accomodations. The only thing missing is another elevator! 2 locations at far opposite ends of the building didn't make it supper easy to get from the lower level to the 4th floor.

This hotel is great for families with younger children and older children. The waterpark entertained everyone including the adults while the storytime and animatronics entertained the younger crew. I wish we had thought about bringing food along to store in our room since food a drink were not included. The food package that the hotel offered was a nice option especially if you plan on just staying at the hotel. I couldn't imagine eating three meals a day there. The food was so good we were stuffed to the brim. The room was a good size and very clean. Having the whirlpool in the sleeping area and not in the bathroom was a little akward and less private. The hotel did have quiet hours which was nice with the large number of kids running around but it would have been better if more parents enforced it.

We arrived early and because our room wasn't ready they upgraded us for free. (Nice touch!) Our children loved the theme rooms, water park, story time and pretty much everything the lodge offered. If you have children 10 and under they will be very happy with this resort. Because of that, parents will be happy too. The only drawback is the cost of most things. This place can be pricey. If you plan ahead you can still enjoy it on a budget. If you have lots of cash to travel with, you will get your money's worth of a great family experience at the Great wolf lodge. This is a must visit place if you have a young family.

The hotel was very easy to find, and is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The indoor water park was a hoot! The falls are a short drive down the road, and Niagara On The Lake is just a few miles away. My only complaint is the price ( a little over $400 total for two people for one night), but I guess that's to be expected at a place like this. Aside from that, I'm very pleased with our experience.

Everything is very good, facility and staff are very nice. The only thing we don't like is heater is too loud, I didn't sleep very well. Kids had a lot of fun.

Check-in process was very smooth. Nice place to stay and have fun.

My family, especially my 3 year old had an awesome time... perfect family vacation to end the summer, but im probably coming backin the winter!

Great place for the entire family

Amazing, great service, pools and water slide was great. Kids had the best time. Rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was very clean. Food was excellent. Many other things to do as well besides the water park. Kept the kids active throughout the day and the evening. Thanks Great wolf Lodge.

although we were there less then 24 hrs., we had a great time. Our room had plenty of space for my family of three with a queen-size bed for my husband and I, and a kid's cabin with bunk beds where my son enjoyed watching his own t.v. It also had a small livingrm with a coach, table, and gas fireplace which we lit for an hour even though it was 80 degrees outside. The in-door water park was tons of fun too and located a short walk from our room. It was open 9 am to 9 pm so we enjoyed it that evening and again in the morning. We would definitely stay again maybe longer next time!

Wonderful and well worth it !!!! Definitely recommend this place. We will do it again in a few months.

It was excellent! Great room. Great activities. Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere.

Our kids had a blast! Our 2 year old was a little too young to fully enjoy the waterpark but our 5 and 7 year olds loved it! They couldn't get enough of the water slides and said they enjoyed it even more than Marineland! The hotel can get expensive because it's not all-inclusive and there's also an also arcade that lures the kids in; the tokens are pricey (as always at arcades). Thankfully the waterpark was included in the price and you can go there as often and for as long as you like, including til closing on the day you check out. The food was "OK", def have had better, not too great a selection... and the only thing that could be delivered by room service to the room was pizza, but there were more options at the waterpark that could be taken to go. There was also a microwave and fridge in the room, so we could have saved a ton of money (and eaten a lot healthier) if we'd planned ahead better and packed a cooler of healthy food. Oh well! We did bring our own alcohol and sat on the patio having a drink after the kids were asleep so that saved some $$. This place is a vacation in and of itself, and the best part was I got an amazing deal on [...], I paid about 20% of the price on the GWL website! Yay!!! I don't think I'll likely ever find a deal like that again, but either way, the kids are hooked. We'll def try to make it there again (hopefully when the littlest guy is a bit older and can participate more).

The hotel made it very easy to check in. Our room was ready right on time. Parking was abundant. The waterpark was enjoyed by all and very clean. The wait for some of the more popular lines did get long in the afternoon but only about minutes at most, which the kids did not mind. The food was good and not too expensive. Don't go there if you don't want to be around kids though!
