First impression was the cable-car system, it transport visitors from Nha Trang to Vinpearl Resort. Wonderful welcomed by the Disney characters, I was wondering how long they survived in those suites? The sighting is great for photos, the games was enough, its just right. I The pools are also available for cooling off from the summer heat. vinpearl made Vietnam proud. If you expect Disneyland/Disneyworld or even Everland in South Korea, you will not be happy. But who completed touring those big theme parks in one day? It's just right for few hours get away, bring your swimsuit for the great pools. Have lunch or dinner is a good idea when you need to sit on a quiet island. Overall 8.5/10. Good job Vinpearl.
We came and stayed for 2 nights in October with my family and friends (my wife and 2 kids, 5 years old and 12 months old plus couple over 70 with wheelchair). There are no much ramps for wheelchair and pram so you can see how much difficult for us to get around. However, staff members were very supportive and helping us a lots to make things easier. I m very thanks for what they had done that I could not list all here. My friends had some issue with the foods and they are Muslim. They could not eat much foods in the buffet due to the religion. however, Vinpearl sent a chief cook over and made especial dishes for them for every meal base on the requirements. There are a lots of things to improve and I believe it can be done better with those staff members. I will come back for sure. Thanks Vinpear golf land.
Absolutely an incredible destination to come with friends and family The hosts and all the workers at the Golf lands resort we could not fault them as they were more than helpful with all our needs. The best place to stay in Vietnam and fantastic value for money. Will be back again for sure
We booked two nights here as it looked idylic. Vinpearl Land theme park was a buggy ride away, what could go wrong? Arriving for check in you are ushered into a waiting room. It's hot and completely crowded with people. Someone takes your passports and you are just left there. People were sleeping everywhere and being woken up buy a security guard. Try checking people in with a proper system and some efficiency and don't give them time to sleep! This was a horrible first impression. After an hour I asked what the hold up was and we were checked in straight away. My impression here is they are completely overwhelmed with guests and can't cope. When you complain you essentially jump the queue (if there was one?) You then have your photo taken - Note to hotel, can't you do this while people are already waiting? This delays you further! We were then told our luggage would follow us on a boat an hour later, this tipped us over the edge after such a shambolic check in. We had such a short time and now couldn't access our clothes to swim in. Poor poor system, people need their luggage when they arrive, not hours later. After much debate we were allowed to carry our luggage on the boat. The boat was pleasant enough but very crowded. Arriving onto the island was easy and a golf buggy zoomed us to the hotel quickly. The whole area is stunning, no denying that fact. The hotel grounds are stunning as are the pools. (This might have been the best pool I've ever been in) The beach front location is amazing. The rooms were nice and clean enough. Sadly these are the only positive points. The food choices are seriously restricted for this type of hotel. The evening buffet didn't have a single vegetarian option. Not a single one, that is a first for me anywhere I've ever been. My kids didn't like any of the food and left hungry. There is literally nowhere else for tgem to eat. I felt terrible about this. What a waste of money paying for the buffet! This completely disgusted me. Seriously unhappy with having to pay for this, they should be paying guests for having to eat there! There was a lack of food labels and the same tongs are used for various dishes. Basic food hygiene rules are disregarded. The staff speak very little English. Despite English being my first language it IS an international language. There were A LOT of people very unhappy with the food options here. People were complaining to the manager when we were there. Including people who booked villas to be told there was no cooking allowed - speechless! This is unacceptable. No tickets to Vinpearl Land theme park are includes with the rooms and no discount is given on them. This is nothing but greed and sickened me. When staying here you can't use the cable cars - another sad point as we had looked forward to this. The card scanning also bugged me, I felt like a prisoner instead of a guest here. I forgot my childrens cards one day, and despite their photos being linked to mine, I wasn't allowed into the resturaunt. This is no way to treat guests. The manager stepped in at that point and thankfully used some common sense. Wasn't at all happy with my stay here and wouldn't stay here again. I feel cheated on so many levels. Truly Paradise Spoilt. If you are booking to go to Vinpearl Land - DON'T!
Fanatatic resort, family and I felt welcomed from the checked in! Great location, Friendly helpful staff, and excellent range of recreational activities, Their pool is phenomenal as well, I mean it's huge, actually there are 2 pools, one is a little more secluded Excellent range of Western and traditional buffet / BBQ night amazing experience! Highly recommend this resort to both couple and families, as it is well spread out, has a range of luxurious villas or rooms to cater for all types of requirements and you can be as busy or as lazy as you like!
Overall I think my overnight stay was ok, main purpose was to have a place to relax after a long day at the amusement park so it did serve my purpose. Did anything leave me with a superb impression? Can’t really recall, everything pretty standard for a five star resort so to say. But I will give credits to the staff being very child friendly!! Thanks A bit of drama during check in process. Receptionist wouldn’t accept my booking’s first name isn’t the same as my passport because I used my Christian/ English name. (Where all hotels outside that I stayed before had no issue) anyway 20 mins wasn’t too bad, finally got resolved given that my booking agent Agoda.com was very helpful!! In the room, those bottled shampoo and lotions were hard to squeeze! Can’t really find switches at the desk for kettle. Loved the golf shuttle, speed boat, breakfast, and the prestige access into amusement park :)
Lovely resort. Beautiful weather. Pools were fantastic to lazy around all day and then walk 5 paces to the beach for more lazing on the sand and very safe swimming. An added bonus was the almost finished Disney type theme park on the island but a short golf cart ride away from the resort (beware rude Eastern Europeans!) Rooms were great, even though we were in the multi story block the rooms and location and views of the sea were fantastic and economical.
My family second visit to the place after 2 years. We were welcomed by the real hospitality services from the beginning. Staff are all well trained to offer you a great smile and courtesy at all time. A recommended resort in Nha Trang for your family to retreat and we will arrange to come back again soon
Amazing little island resort off the coast of Nha Trang Beach. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. All that said, my school paid for the whole trip, don’t know if i would drop that kind of money if I had to pay for it.
Vinpearl is a hospitality group which has 4 resorts on an island in Nha Trang. You have to reach the vinpearl center from where it is a 7 min ferry to the island . Each resort has its own speciality such as one is golf based , one is pure luxury . We stayed in the Nha Trang resort which is I guess the normal one . The pool is excellent , the access to the private beach is great and very neat and clean. Lot of options for water sports. The rooms are slightly old but comfortable . They operate 2 restaurants which offer the same menu. They only offer buffet food with plenty of options. The bar food menu is very limited to 4-5 options only but we requested them to offer us the room service menu at the bar so they agreed. You must also visit the amusement park vinpearl land which is a short 5 min mini bus ride away . It has plenty of options for water slides , beach , aquarium, zoo and roller coasters , water sports , food , amphitheatre . It's kids paradise !
