Stayed here for a week and it was fabulous. the complex is up to the world's best standards and includes everything for a great family holiday. Staff are very attentive and friendly and extremely helpful. the rooms are great, the vies are great, the pools are great and the beach is great. will definitely be back with the grandchildren.
I was there plenty of time. It really older and older day by day, facilities, rooms, pool... However, it was the first Vinpearl in Nha Trang (and Vietnam) so its location is the best beach in Hon Tre.
If you can handle paying a bit more for the convenience... this is the place for you... the kids absolutely loved the cable cart... but just a little time consuming... but you are on holiday right? What's the rush? :)
Just stayed one night in this resort but felt very satisfied. Rooms were clean, pool was amazing and most of all the staff were so supportive and thoughtful. It is worth to take time there for relaxation.
Inconsiderate poorly trained staff that are lead by unresponsive management. The primary patrons are Russian, Chinese and Korean tour groups. With limited staff interaction the property has potential but your inclusive and limited food choices are dependent on their inept and rude cooking staff. Also further hindered since you are on an island with no convince store or choices. Overall sadly a poor choice for the cost...
I went to this hotel during december of 2016 for two weeks into the new years. The hotel itself is very clean and well built, sadly we found that during the two weeks we stayed we had maybe two good days of sun, but the rest of the days were cloudy and rainy. The dining options were not that diverse and you can find yourself being bored by the 3rd day. The breakfast foods were also never changed. The overall amenities spa, food were all quite pricey. If you are looking for a beautiful blue sea, this is NOT the place to go as, the sea was constantly flooded with trash and although the hotel staff are picking it everyday, there is a lot more coming in and the water is not clear. The rooms were smaller than expected and the walls were paper thin, noises from the rooms around us could easily be heard, if you don't speak russian or vietnamese, you will have a hard time communicating as English is very minimal. We spent half our time just trying to explain and figure our bookings. The whole trip to get from airport to boat station and then bus to the hotel was really a hassle. We came as 4 families with little ones at midnight and was 1:30am by the time we got to the boat station where they check your bookings and just trying to get the message across took an hour or more. If you are looking to vacation here, this is no fancy place compared to international hotel chains and in my case got bored quite fast.
Spent two weeks on vinpearl resort over christmas with wife and two adolescents this place is set up for families and i can imagine if your kids are 8 -18 it is perfect food was great Buffet in the morning and dinner at night The worlds longest cable car takes you from Nah Trang accross a two mile causeway to the various resorts with buggys waiting to whisk you off everywhere you can also catch a fast boat accrossnif you dont like heights and or strong winds Staff were great nothing was to.much trouple would recomend the Villa suites they are huge not the hotel for big families
First a confession. I have never been one for resorts, especially secluded ones on an island and far away from the main thoroughfare. This checks all the boxes. To be fair, the rooms, the wifi and all food at breakfast were all more than adequate. The pool and the gym were fantastic. But what was a downer for me was, from the airport, having to take a car ride, then a boat ride and another golf car ride here. Just took too much time. No dining options other than the hotel unless you want to repeat the buggy ride and then another boat ride to the mainland. Apparently, many Russian and Chinese tourists begged to differ. To each his/her own, I guess.
The staff in this hotel are amazing from reception, house keeping, restaurant ,maintenance, gardeners and life guards, nothing is too much trouble and they all have a smile on there face and make your stay first class.I must make a special mention to 2 members of staff that were exceptional in every way and they are Lalana the assistant manager of the restaurant who always every morning had time to make the effort to come and chat to ourselves giving us information on sights to see and things to do and making sure if any more information needed she was more than happy to help. The next member of staff that went above and beyond the call of duty was a life guard whose name was Quang Pham Trung who spoke to us on the first day of our holiday and then invited me and my partner to meet is wife and child and took us on a day out sight seeing which was fantastic and memorable and wanted to pay for everything to which we said No ! My new friend even took me on his motorcycle after he finished work to have a hair cut !! We read reviews on the hotel before we booked and I can only give my opinion on this hotel and it's got everything that you need and more for a 5 star hotel but it's the people that work there that make it that little more special . This is our first time in Vietnam and we absolutely love it 😍 so if you are planning to come to this wonderful country then I would not think twice. We hope to come back to this hotel next year and until then thank you for making our holiday complete 👍
Definitely a five-star building but more like four-star service. Don't expect very much in terms of English-language skills. Food is ok but not amazing. Trip into Nha Trang takes about 25 minutes and boat runs every half hour.
