Nothing Perfect...Stay away

Booked a room with Balcony BUT was given the ground floor room WITHOUT window. Small room under a stairway, smelly and mouldy. No cable TV as mentioned and air conditioning dripping water onto bed. Dare not use the towels provided as it smell. Staff did nothing when highlighted to them. Basically stay away as there are many good hotel in Nha Trang.

Misleading Description ,dont risk it !

Description of Hotel stated refurbished January 2014 and showed clean bright rooms ! What you get is a run down shabby hotel with a stair carpet worn through with big holes an accident waiting to happen .This Hotel should be removed from the website before more people are taken in under FALSE pretences .

Horrific stay

Absolutely AWFUL stay!! The room was filthy and stunk of urine! There were stains on the towels which they provided. The pillows were bobbly and the sheet had cigarette burns in! The room was not cleaned nor were the sheets or towels replaced. There was also an opened condom wrapper in the top drawer and a box behind the tv which can only be described as full of bark which had a LIZARD in! The windows did not lock and only had bars to secure your belongings. The door also did not have a lock, only a padlock which could easily be tampered with through the unsecured window. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but cleanliness and security should be made a priority! Do not stay here!

В целом отель соответствует цене - все по минимуму. Но было пару моментов, которые прям не понравились. Во первых, при бронировании на Hotels.com было указано, что в цену входит завтрак, а по факту в отеле вообще не предусмотрены завтраки. На ресепшене сказали, что это, должно быть, ошибка. Во вторых, в номере за пять дней ни разу не убирались, не приносили туалетную бумагу, пакеты для мусора. В остальном - жить можно. Да, и ещё - сотрудники паркуют свои мотоскутеры прямо в холле, поэтому из-за них иногда трудно подойти к ресепшену ))

it was good times. located three blocks from the beach, same distance to the center mall. great staff, don't talk that much English, but using the app on my phone u get around that problem. WiFi is good and so is the hot water.
