fantastic time here

the hotel is located in an ideal location, walking distance from the beach, and massage spas and restaurants right outside. the room itself was nice, clean and spacious. i had no complaints.

Close to the beach restaurants bars and everything you need. Just a very noisy hotel! Staff banging on your door to clean your room from 8am and guests shouting to each other across the corridor theres not much chance of a lie in! We stayed for 7 nights went for breakfast the first morning but never returned. Quite a few options just all cold and tough as if it had been there for hours and nothing fresh had been brought. They make you fresh omlets or eggs of your choice but put that much oil in the pan its all you can taste. So many amazing restaurants to try i wouldnt waste the time or the breakfast here. There are alot better hotels in the area for the same price. The room was fine clean comfy everything worked just everything else in the hotel wasnt great, i wouldn't stay again.

missmanaged hotel

hotel is completely missmanaged. Dirty elevators, mold in the bathroom, ugly windows (at least in some rooms), pool-ferniture is rutten.

Good value for the money and very Central Location

This is a Great 3* Hotel for the Price we had to pay. 2 big beds very comfortable and clean nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is ok. Great location. Overall, everything is great!

Filthy backpacker hotel

Look if you need somewhere to stay that's a sort up from a hostel stay here, the hotel was very dirty with bugs in the room. The bed is very hard and the shower makes a smell of excrement when you turn it on. I stayed here for 15 minutes. The staff however were very nice and so apologetic for my experience.

Worst checkout ever

Upon checking out I was accused of breaking a glass (as it was missing) this glass was used to take medicine to another room for a friends sick boy. Also accused of taking those horrible slip on shoes in the room! Worst hotel we have stayed in Vietnam - avoid at all costs! Also room never made up properly each day, toilet stunk all the time, never gave us enough towels or toilet paper! Avoid this hotel!!!

under construction!

The hotel was under construction. Horrible! After we asked for other room they mentioned they are full. We wanted to change to another hotel.. then they offered us the Galaxy Hotel next door. This hotel was ok! Choos this one and ask for Rooms with number x01 (301, 401 etc.). Those are nice!

Avoid ...there's better options .

I'm not a fussy person but this was not a good hotel and would not suggest to others unless you're a backpacker who don't care where you stay or don't have any other options. For $70 a night, it was bad! They didnt even have a breakfast buffet, all they had was a few choices. They didn't even have a kettle in the room to boil hot water for coffee or tea, you had to get the kettle from downstairs. We could barely get wifi 90% of the time and told the reception about it but nothing was done. The pictures of this hotel fooled us..it was not satisfactory for the price we paid... Never again.

We stayed at Sun city hotel just only 2 nights. Just only few minutes walk to the main beach; however it could be not convenient if you had a car or catch a taxi as the hotel located in a narrow alley. Its a new and modern hotel, good furniture and bathroom but one female reception deck staff are unable to communicate properly in English and not nice, sometimes she is quite rude. Unfortunately we see her quite often. Good restaurant with a very nice view of the Nha Trang bay, good breakies.

sadly - not good

This Hotel was extremely disappointing, infact I will be applying to Expedia for a refund. Room had jaded, scuffed decoration and only half the lights worked ( this was supposed to be a deluxe room )Breakfast was disgusting and staff in the dining room were sullen. Again decor had seen better days and beach ants were in abundance. The room was not clean and the sheets were grey. The breaking point for us was the building noise from next door which started at 6 am every morning.
