Dieses Guesthouse kann man nicht empfehlen. Seruni kennt niemand vor Ort. Am Haus steht ASTUNGKARA - Uns wurde zunächst eine Besenkammer zugewiesen, obwohl Twin-Bed gebucht, nur ein Kingbett. Nach Beschwerde und bösen Blicken anderes Zimmer erhalten. Ohne Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das haben wir uns dann selbst organisiert. Niemand war vor Ort. Angeblich weil ein hinduistisches Fest sei. - Die Bettwäsche war zwar neuwertig aber schmutzig. In der zweiten Nacht traf ein Ehepaar aus Frankreich ein. Ihnen hat niemand gesagt oder gezeigt, wo sie schlafen sollen. Wir haben ihnen ein Zimmer „zugewiesen“. Es gab auch kein Kaffee oder Tee. Das französische Paar hat sich am nächsten Tag beschwert und musste sich bösen Blicken des Owners aussetzen. Englischkenntnisse = Null - eine Verständigung unmöglich. Es gibt noch eine Agentur, die sich hinter der Buchung verbirgt. Mit Evie haben wir telefoniert, sie war bemüht und hat dem Owner die Meinung gesagt. Aber sie kam auch nicht weiter. Für 30 EUR pro Nacht kann man mehr erwarten. Hier Service gleich Null. Also auf keinem Fall hier absteigen, auch wenn dieses Guesthouse das Haus ist, welches am nächsten zum Bromo liegt.
