Excellent location and great setup

Property was brand new and in pristine condition. Overall experience was seamless and super easy/convenient to get to the Sunday River mountain.

Great rental unit in Sunday River, Management is attentive and professional, 3 minutes from the slopes by car. Would rent here again

This condo is pretty good and could be great with some small changes. What is already great: the location tucked in the woods and the town nearby. The condo is brand new and beautiful. Bathrooms & showers are fantastic. I worked remote from here for a week and the wifi worked perfectly for me. Small changes that would take it from good to great: there is only air conditioning in the primary bedrooms and the other 2 bedrooms were HOT the week we were there, we ended up going to Dollar General down the road and buying a box fan to get through the night. The primary bedroom closet is locked as an owners closet which is kind of a bummer, hard to get settled without that. The primary bed is missing the support pieces in the middle of the bed so it sags towards the middle. Kitchen needs some additional things to be fully functional (more baking sheets, kitchen towels, cutting boards, etc.). Upgrade the bedsheets, towels etc. That was a long list but all can be updated in a day if they choose! If they make those changes, we would gladly stay here again!
