Balboa Island Large Waterfront Home con patio en la azotea y muelle privado

Techos altos, tragaluces en el Master BR y el pasillo de arriba, aire acondicionado arriba y abajo, y una gran cocina y comedor con electrodomésticos nuevos esperan sus vacaciones. Cada habitación incluye su propio baño completo, por lo que hay un total de 3 baños con ducha o bañera (o ambos). Cada BR incluye su propio televisor también. Nuestra habitación delantera tiene 1 sofá Roche Bobois y 2 sillas cómodas y mullidas. 1 colchón inflable Queen y 1 colchoneta inflable XL Twin ofrecen opciones adicionales para dormir. Upstairs Master es un rey de California con bañera de hidromasaje, y el dormitorio de invitados de arriba cuenta con 3 camas (incluyendo 1 litera con una doble y una completa) y 1 cama individual grande. Todos tienen colchones nuevos que son extremadamente cómodos. Arriba, el dormitorio de invitados también incluye su propio baño privado adjunto con bañera completa y ducha. La cubierta del techo tiene una mesa y varias sillas y tiene capacidad para 8-10 cómodamente. El patio de la azotea es uno de los mejores lugares para observar el atardecer al final del día. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and Balboa Island is a great to stay. We were right on the canal. The main street, and Island were very walkable! Greg and his dad were amazing hosts! The house had tons of room, everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

Lovely spot

We had a wonderful weekend stay as a family. We loved walking around the island, shopping, and getting an amazing cinnamon roll from the local bakery. Our family would definitely stay again.

Great location on the island

We rented this house for our spring break. The location can be beat right on Gran Canal and close to Marine Avenue. Communication and check-in was fantastic throughout the whole stay!
