Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards.
On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves.
The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let.
The sofa in the living area was stained and one section had collapsed, making it uncomfortable and not fit for proper use. Bedding was heavily pilled, the pillows were thin with synthetic covers, and only one pillow per bed was supplied. The overall standard felt low quality relative to the price paid.
These issues were raised during the stay to allow the host an opportunity to address them, but no resolution was offered.
With proper cleaning, maintenance and basic quality control, this property could be improved. In its current condition, however, it does not reflect the standard or value suggested by the listing.
