The room was clean and well presentable. Lovely bathroom and shower. Staff were helpful and lovely. However, it has terrible smell one gets use to. The longer you stay it gets less noticeable.

Staff where very rude, room looked fancy but instead we found the bed incredibly hard and ( first time ever ) found NO extra pillows or blankets in the room. I had to sign into their wifi on my phone and cast to the TV just to watch "normal" TV...... Would not recommend their "famous" Breakfast. Eggs where terrible and cold, bacon over cooked also cold. Best part was the fruit. I certainly wouldn't stay there again. Also had to pay $20 for our additional car! Bit of a stretch. We where up and gone by 7am! Not recommended at all.

Very nice rooms and decor in this new seeming building. The location is a 20 minute walk to waterfront. It’s a short drive to historic downtown. We definitely recommend this hotel.
